Healthy Families Porgram at Bridges Homeward

We are excited to further strengthen our HFM program by making it a stand alone program at Bridges Homeward!  HFM, a program of the Children's Trust, is a statewide home visiting program available for first time parents.  Bridges Homeward operates the HFM program serving the Harbor Area.  With a dedicated Program Director with expertise in HFM and the state's decision to remove the age cap on parents receiving services (previously only first-time parents under 23 were eligible for services), we look forward to supporting more first-time parents in creating nurturing environments for their children.
