Our Independent Living Program is growing, and we’re looking for a new landlord!

We’re happy to announce that our Independent Living program, in which we provide apartments to young adults as they transition from foster care to adulthood, is seeking to rent another apartment to house more youth! As our young adults transition into Independent Living, more of them are interested in living in Boston, as they want easier access to the educational and professional opportunities in the city. To support their vision, we’re looking to rent at least one two-bedroom apartment in the city of Boston, with the possibility of renting more apartments in the future.

CFCS rents apartments directly from the landlord or property management business we work with. We’re a reputable non-profit with a sustainable line of credit and a long history of establishing consistent, professional relationships with landlords. If you’re interested in leasing with us, please contact our Independent Living Program Coordinator Taylor Jonak at tjonak@helpfamilies.org or (857) 262-2910.
