This Holiday Season, You Can Support Remarkable Young People Pursuing Their Dreams

As we head into the holiday season, we at CFCS are reflecting on the past year. We're grateful we could continue to offer the highest quality of support to our youth and families this year, which we could only do thanks to the amazing generosity of our donors. With your support, we're lucky enough to be a part of the lives of extraordinary young people and families in our communities.

One of those remarkable young people is T. When T came to Putnam Place after arriving in the United States as an unaccompanied refugee minor, he carried great trauma from an unimaginable journey. T left his home country of Eritrea and crossed continents to arrive here, to pursue his dream of an education. In this video, Director of Clinical Services Kim Stasny tells us more about his determination to come to America and how his life has changed (for the better) since finding safety and support with CFCS.

While T’s story is uniquely his own, he represents all our group home residents: young adults who now have the opportunity to learn and grow thanks to your support. What makes each of them so exceptional is their resilience, courage and perseverance. Thanks to you, they have what they need to find success on their road to independence and adulthood.

Please give today so we can be there for T, all the youth we currently support, and all the youth who will need our support.
